List of known problems:
1) Color of the pictures is hard to make out / the pictures
have very little definition.
2) Windows NT is complaining about RAS-something dot DLL.
3) When I try to print the registrations form, I get an error that
says there was an "Invalid Variant Operation".
4) Windows 95 give me an error involving SVRAPI.DLL
5) Windows XP or Windows 2000 gives me a
"Access Violation" error when I start the catalog
6) Windows XP gives me a "File access
denied" error.

Q) Color of the pictures is hard to make out / the pictures
have very little definition.
A) You are probably running windows in either 16 or 256 color mode.
Use these steps to fix the problem.
1) Close the catalog program.
2) Click START at the bottom of your screen.
3) Click on SETTINGS.
4) Click on CONTROL PANEL.
5) Click on DISPLAY.
6) When the "Display Properties" window comes up, click on
the tab marked SETTINGS.
7) Once in the Settings tab, change the "Color Palette" to
either 16-bit, 24-bit, or 32-bit.
8) Also check the setting called "Desktop Area". If it is
set to 640x480, change it to 800x600.
9) Click OK at the bottom of the Display Properties screen.
10) If Windows asks you to reboot your computer, agree to do so.
Q) Windows NT is complaining about RAS-something dot DLL.
A) Our program requires that the NT operating system have
"Remote Access Service" installed. To do so follow these steps:
1) Right-click on Network Neighborhood and select PROPERTIES
2) Click ADD
3) Click REMOTE ACCESS SERVICE
4) Click OK
5) Follow the instructions that Windows presents to you.
Q) When I try to print the registrations form, I get an error that
says there was an "Invalid Variant Operation".
A) There is a small problem in the Windows registry. Please call our
office so that we can fix this problem with you.
Q) Windows 95 give me an error involving SVRAPI.DLL
A) You have the original version of Windows 95 that did not have
communications built in. You will need to do one of the
following to remedy this problem:
1) Install Plus! for Windows 95
2) Upgrade to Windows 98.
3) Install Microsoft's Dial-up Networking Patch
Q) Windows XP or Windows 2000 gives me a
"Access Violation" error when I start the catalog
A) This can happen on Windows XP or Windows 2000 when NO printers have been
installed. Setting up a "dummy" printer will fix this problem.

Q) Windows XP gives me a "File access denied" error.
A) Download and run this program which will fix the "location" file in your catalog. The next time you start your catalog, it should work correctly. If it does not, please contact our office.
