All-in-one Catalog Update

Notes about this all-in-one update:
    a) Please make sure that the catalog program is closed prior to running this update.
    b) This is a very large self-extracting update program.  For several minutes after you run this program, it will seem like nothing is happening.  Please be patient, during this period of time, it is extracting the contents and will display a progress screen when the initial unpacking is complete.  The entire update process should take about 10 minutes, more or less depending on the power of your computer.
